The College of Wooster with a major in Economics. MBA from
Dartmouth College's Amos Tuck School of Business
Administration and Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve
University's Weatherhead School of Management. Continuing
education courses in all areas of Business Valuation,
Financial Accounting and Taxation.

Public Accountants.
Experience:
Twenty years of public
accounting experience, four years with Chicago office of
Price Waterhouse & Co. and sixteen years as
partner/shareholder in local CPA Firm. Experience includes
Auditing, Taxation, Business Valuations, and Litigation
Support, including testimony. Twelve years as full-time
faculty member of The College of Wooster Department of
Economics, including a term as chair of department. Resigned
tenured position in 1992.

Church Residences of Wooster, Inc. (College Hills Retirement
Village), Member of the inaugural class of Leadership
Wooster, Prior Board Member and Treasurer of Goodwill
Industries of Wayne and Holmes County, Inc. Board Member of
Wayne Center for the Arts, Board Member of the Counseling
Center of Wayne and Holmes Counties, Treasurer of St. James
Episcopal Church, and member of Wooster Kiwanis. Elected to
the Board of Directors of National Bancshares Corporation
and First National Bank, Orrville in 2005.
